Long Night of Museums 2024 – visit us

During the Long Night of Museums 2024, the BWA Gallery will traditionally open its spaces to visitors.

At 6PM, there will be an opening of the exhibition ‘When I Lose Myself in Human Memory‘ by artist Jean-Pierre Bredo, who exclusively utilizes the three colors of the Belgian flag – black, yellow, and red – in his works. The artist will be present at the opening. Following that, at 7PM, there will be a guided tour of the exhibition conducted by Jan Trzupek.

The second exhibition open for nocturnal exploration will be ‘o nieustannej modlitwie’ (Of Perpetual Prayer) by Grzegorz Frydryk. For this exhibition, the artist has used discarded matrices, which he then covered with words of prayer.

Additionally, at the BWA Gallery Bookstore, there will be an opportunity to purchase selected publications and posters at promotional prices.

SEE YOU next Saturday, May 18, 2024, from 6PM to 10PM!

Jean-Pierre Bredo When I Lose Myself in Human Memory
